Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
This website is run by Lucy Harris Studio, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the forms on this site, and what we do with it. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set cookies for visitors.
What we collect
Contact form
Your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you choose to tell us: the project address, budget and timeline, whether you are working with an architect, and the scope of work.
Newsletter
Your email address.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting provider records basic request information, such as IP address and browser type, in short-lived server logs used to keep the site running and secure. The forms also use simple spam checks that are not stored or linked to you.
How we use it
- Contact form details are emailed to our studio so we can reply about your project.
- Newsletter addresses are added to our mailing list so we can send you occasional studio news. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that process it for us
- Resend: delivers form emails to our studio and stores the newsletter list.
- Vercel: hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
These providers handle the information only to provide their service to us. They are based in the United States, so your information is processed there.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email for as long as they are useful for the project conversation and our business records. Newsletter addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email newprojects@lucyharrisstudio.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
